Accommodation in the ABNS Students Dormitory 2022/2023

We kindly inform you that from 01 June 2022 persons who apply for the place in the student dorm in the 2022/2023 academic year will register electronically. 

1. The applications are registered electronically:

- for students through the Virtual University WU – Wirtualna Uczelnia,
- for candidates for studies through the Internet Candidate Registration  IRK – Internetową Rejestrację Kandydata.

The detailed instructions on how to apply electronically can be found at the end of this message.

2. After filling in the application in WU or IRK, the application should be printed. The table in the application should be completed in writing on the basis of the documents listed beneath (attachments) which should be attached to the application:

- certificate from the tax office with regard to net income in 2021 earned by all adults remaining in the same household,
- certificate from the Commune Office for applicant owning a farm,
- certificate of school attendance or of studying in full-time or part-time studies by siblings under 26 years of age,
- disability ruling – in the case of a disabled person.

Attention!

Foreigners also submit a certificate of permanent residence and family composition. All documents must be translated into Polish by a sworn translator.

If an error in the electronic application occurs, regarding the calculation of net income per month per person or the number of kilometres between the place of residence and the University, corrections can be made only on the paper version of the application.

 

3. A printed, completed and signed application, along with the aforementioned attachments, should be submitted or in the administration office in the Student Dorm – room 135 at 107 Sidorska St. The deadlines are:

- 31 July 2022 – students
- 31 August 2022 – candidates for studies.

 

Persons who apply for accommodation in the Student Dorm will be selected on the basis of the qualification procedure carried out by a selection committee, appointed by the Rector. The results will be published on the University’s website:

- 16 August 2022 – students according to index numbers,
- 15 September 2022 – candidates according to ID / passport serial numbers.

 

From 01/07/2022 new amounts of monthly DS fees apply (see below)

plus a returnable deposit in the amount of one month's fee for a given premises, in accordance with the Regulation No. 75/2022 of the Rector of ABNS

Po wypełnieniu wniosku w WU lub IRK, wniosek należy wydrukować, uzupełnić pisemnie zamieszczoną
w nim tabelę, na podstawie niżej wymienionych dokumentów (załączników), które należy dołączyć do wniosku:

- zaświadczenie z urzędu skarbowego o wysokości dochodu NETTO osiągniętego w 2019r. przez wszystkie osoby pełnoletnie pozostające we wspólnym gospodarstwie domowym,

- zaświadczenie z Urzędu Gminy w przypadku posiadania gospodarstwa rolnego,

- zaświadczenie o uczęszczaniu do szkoły lub studiowaniu na studiach stacjonarnych lub niestacjonarnych rodzeństwa, które nie ukończyło 26 roku życia,

- orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności – w przypadku osoby niepełnosprawnej.

Uwaga!

Obcokrajowcy składają również zaświadczenie o zameldowaniu (składzie rodziny). Wszystkie dokumenty muszą być przetłumaczone na język polski przez tłumacza przysięgłego.

W przypadku stwierdzenia pomyłki na elektronicznym wniosku, dotyczącej wyliczenia dochodu netto/miesiąc/osobę lub ilości kilometrów dzielącej miejsce zamieszkania od Uczelni, istnieje możliwość naniesienia korekty jedynie na wniosku w wersji papierowej.
